These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of https://kudlz.pet/ and purchases made through it. KUDLZ is the dog and cat care brand from the Charwaha ecosystem.

By accessing the Website, creating an account, placing an order or using KUDLZ services, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy and any terms shown at checkout.

You must provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for your account's credentials and activity. KUDLZ may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, misuse, unlawful activity or material policy violations.

KUDLZ offers pet food, treats, nutrition, healthcare, accessories and related products. Images and descriptions are intended to assist with purchase decisions; packaging may change. Customers should read the manufacturer label, ingredients, feeding instructions, warnings, storage instructions and expiry/best-before information before use.

KUDLZ does not represent that any product is suitable for every pet. Individual pets may have allergies, intolerances, or medical/nutritional requirements. Consult a qualified veterinarian where appropriate.

An order is submitted through checkout. An order of acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. KUDLZ may reject or cancel orders where products are unavailable, incorrectly priced, cannot lawfully be supplied, or where fraud or abuse is reasonably suspected, subject to applicable law.

Prices are in INR unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown before confirmation. Promotions are subject to their stated terms, validity, exclusions and limits. Pricing/listing errors may be corrected in accordance with applicable law.

Payments may be processed by authorised third-party payment providers. KUDLZ may receive transaction status/reference information without storing full payment credentials where the payment provider processes them. Failed, reversed or disputed payments may delay fulfilment.

KUDLZ delivers to serviceable locations in India, subject to product and logistics availability. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by weather, carrier constraints, public holidays, operational disruptions or events beyond reasonable control. Customers must provide accurate delivery information.

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by the KUDLZ Returns & Refunds Policy. Because pet food and other consumables are sensitive products, opened/used products or products not meeting stated return conditions may not be eligible for return, subject to applicable consumer rights. Damaged, tampered, incorrect, expired or materially defective products should be reported promptly with supporting evidence where requested.

If recurring orders are offered, additional terms may apply to frequency, pricing, payment authorisation, skips, pauses, substitutions and cancellation.

Educational, nutrition, wellness and veterinary content is general information and does not replace professional veterinary diagnosis or treatment. KUDLZ does not guarantee a particular health or nutritional outcome.

Where reviews, photos, stories or comments are enabled, users must submit lawful, non-infringing content. Subject to applicable law and stated privacy choices, users grant KUDLZ a non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, display and use submissions for operating, improving and promoting KUDLZ.

KUDLZ and its licensors own or license the Website, brand assets, software, text, graphics, photographs and other content. Users may use the Website for lawful personal shopping but may not scrape, copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit it without permission, except as permitted by law.

• Fraudulent or unlawful use.
• Unauthorised access or security interference.
• Malware or harmful code.
• Abuse of promotions, reviews or accounts.
• Unauthorised automated scraping or data extraction.

Payment, logistics, analytics, communications, and other third-party services may be integrated into the Website. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KUDLZ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses. Nothing excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by law, users agree to indemnify KUDLZ for claims arising from unlawful use, violation of these Terms or infringement of third-party rights.

KUDLZ may update these Terms and will post the revised version with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required.

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, disputes shall be subject to courts having jurisdiction at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Complaints may be raised through KUDLZ Customer Support, or the Grievance Officer identified in the Grievance Redressal Policy.
