Return & Exchange Policy

At kudlz.pet, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Please note that we do not offer cash refunds. We only provide an exchange or Kudlz Wallet credit if your product is damaged or defective when it arrives.

You can request an exchange only if:

• The item has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping (transit damage).
• The item is unused, unopened, has all original tags, and is in its original packaging.
• You have a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Important: Products that are used, altered, or missing original tags/packaging will not be eligible for exchange.

To request an exchange:

• Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product at support@kudlz.pet.
• Include your Order ID and clear photos of the damaged or defective product/package in your email.
• Our support team will review your request and confirm the next steps.

• Once your exchange is approved, we will arrange a free pickup of the product.
• Please ensure the product is unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Keep the pickup slip for tracking your return.
• After we receive and inspect the product (quality check), we will issue a replacement/exchange for the same item, or Kudlz Wallet credit if the replacement is unavailable.

Kudlz Wallet Processing: Kudlz Wallet credit will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• If the replacement product is out of stock, you will receive Kudlz Wallet credit and will be notified when the item becomes available again.
• Always inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours at support@kudlz.pet so we can resolve the issue promptly.
• Items not reported within the 24-hour window will not be eligible for exchange or Kudlz Wallet credit.
