Pankaj Kumar Mishra
Founder

Pankaj Kumar Mishra

Pankaj brings more than 25 years of global leadership experience, including senior roles with organisations such as BNP Paribas and JPMorgan Chase.

His career has been about building organisations, solving complex problems, creating high-performing teams and using technology and operational excellence to make things work better.

But KUDLZ is a different kind of passion project. Here, the mission is simple: make it easier for people to give their pets a healthier, happier and more loved life, and perhaps build something that makes the world a little kinder to animals along the way.

Mahendra Singh

Mahendra has spent more than 20 years in the world of advertising and brand building, working with leading agencies including Ogilvy, Bates and DDB Mudra, and helping build brands for organisations such as Unilever, American Express, ITC, Castrol, IBM, DHL and Vodafone.

He knows how to understand people, build brands and make ideas matter. But behind all of that is something much more personal: a lifelong love for animals.

KUDLZ brings those two worlds together: his experience in building meaningful brands and his passion for creating a better world for pets and animals.

Bhanu Dasgupta
Co-Founder & Chief Strategy and Sales Officer

Bhanu Dasgupta

Bhanu brings 23 years of senior enterprise leadership experience, with a career spanning technology, strategy, governance, partnerships and business growth, including leadership experience with global technology companies such as Salesforce and Oracle.

At KUDLZ, Bhanu is focused on turning the big idea into a scalable business: building partnerships, expanding the market, creating strong customer and commercial foundations and helping KUDLZ grow into a truly national pet ecosystem.

Because yes, love is at the heart of KUDLZ. But someone also has to make sure the food arrives on time.

Anil Shenoy

Anil Shenoy is a results-oriented technology leader with over 25 years of experience driving digital transformation and software delivery across diverse global industries.

An expert in platform engineering, fintech and payments, Anil has consistently guided organizations, from dynamic technology startups such as Pine Labs and MetricStream to global giants including IBM and GE, towards operational excellence and peak engineering efficiency.

Known for building high-performing technical teams from the ground up, Anil brings the leadership and technical depth needed to ensure that KUDLZ's technology infrastructure remains agile, scalable, and perfectly aligned with its strategic vision.

At KUDLZ, he is helping build the digital foundation for a pet ecosystem that can grow with the needs of pets, pet parents, partners and communities across India.
